We are not completely sure what Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS) means by delivering a "complete multi-platofmr TV experience", but this is the pitch attached to the launch of the Denver-based vendor's next-generation Cloud TV platform - an update to its existing Cloud TV suite released into the wild.
